PLEASE READ BELOW FOR DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO REGISTER YOUR STUDENT(S):
● Sign-ups and payment will only be accepted via the Sign Up Genius link on the PTO website
(www.neckriverpto.org/workshops). If financial assistance is requested, please email Principal Becky Frost.
All inquiries are confidential. All financial assistance requests must be made by the end of the school day on Tuesday, September 22 nd .
● If a workshop fills up that your student would like to enroll in and you would like to put their name on the waitlist, please e-mail Contact@NeckRiverPTO.org. Please do not email or ask the instructor directly.
● Please note the dates in Sign Up Genius for the different workshops, as some weeks are skipped/day changed due to a school holiday. If a session is cancelled due to a teacher absence or other reason, a makeup session will be scheduled.
● Morning workshops run from 7:30 – 8:15. Please walk your student directly to the workshop room in the morning and sign them in. The workshop instructor will ensure that your student goes to their classroom when the school day begins.
● Afternoon workshops run from 3:30 – 4:15 with the exception of “Swim & Tennis with MSRC” (see details below). Your student’s teacher will have a list of participating students. Please pick your students up in the front lobby at 4:15 to sign them out. If your student attends the after-school program, they can go after the workshops ends.
● *NEW THIS YEAR* The PTO has partnered with the Madison Swim & Racquet Club to offer a 90 minute Tennis/Swim Workshop. Participants will be picked up by MSRC at Neck River and must be picked up at MSRC at 5:00pm. Participants must have prior swimming experience and be able to swim the length of the pool independently. Tennis equipment is available to borrow (included in the workshop cost).
● There will be no edits to workshop rosters made after Sunday, September 27 th .
